"As part of a year-long artist residency with the Museum of Chinese in the Americas, I completed a series of prints based on the family photographs and oral histories of Asian women living in New York. This project was entitled the Mother/Daughter Project. Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Burmese, Indonesian, Southeast Asian and Indian women shared personal stories which became the basis for silkscreened prints that celebrated the lives os Asian American mothers and daughters."
